After completing his studies and clinical rotations in the GTA, Adam Teav returned to Ottawa to begin his practice.
​
Adam Teav completed his undergraduate in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and proceeded to do his graduate studies with a specific interest in running biomechanics and running injuries. He successfully completed his postgraduate studies in Chiropody at the Michener Institute. Throughout his academics Adam participated in several research studies and has co-authored in various published journal articles.

As a local from Ottawa, Adam worked as a Kinesiologist and an exercise therapist at various physio clinics. While in Toronto he worked at a orthopedic shoe store where he learned proper shoe fitting and assessment. Adam has always participated in sports and has completed a number of marathons, half-marathons and 10km runs.
Karen Creighton RPN

Karen completed her studies at George Brown College in the Registered Practical Nursing program in 2014. She furthered her studies in getting certified in Perioperative Nursing in 2017, and worked in a Trauma facility for over 5 years. She is a member of The College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), and The Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario (WeRPN). She completed her Advanced Nursing Foot Care from Ruth Ruttan & Assoc. in 2024.

Karen provides foot care treatment that focuses on improving one’s health and quality of life, through patient education and preventative care. She is adept in diabetic foot care assessments, treatments, callus and corn removal, ingrown toenails, and wart treatments. Karen prides herself in providing comfort and care for every patient with a positive and welcoming mindset.

When not working, Karen enjoys participating in sports, and being with her pets.
